# SyntheraOS team facilitator guide

Fictional TRAIN- records. Suggested duration: 95 minutes.

## Prepare

Choose a facilitator. Open tutorial.html on each learner's device. Identify requirement, evidence, change and handover owners. Each browser keeps its own progress.

## Agenda

- 10 minutes: Welcome, establish the fictional TRAIN- example, and practice input/action/output classification.
- 20 minutes: Work in pairs on brief, requirement, architecture and interface definitions. Compare assumptions.
- 20 minutes: Plan verification, assess evidence and describe the stale-display risk.
- 20 minutes: Review the proposed timing change and choose usable delivery artifacts.
- 15 minutes: Evaluate a recommendation and interpret telemetry source, timing and quality.
- 10 minutes: Exchange handovers, trace two claims to their sources and debrief.

## Debrief

- Which record was the most useful starting point for understanding the feature, and why?
- Where did your team discover an assumption that initially looked like a fact?
- What changed in your verification plan when the requirement changed?
- How did you distinguish a useful recommendation from an approved project decision?
- Which output could a receiving teammate actually open and inspect?
- What information would you ask for before using a telemetry value?
- Which open item needs an owner before your real team could continue the work?

## Follow through

Ask each learner to show a complete information chain and explain why the revised timing result fails. Download learning records and discuss unanswered questions. Apply one lesson to a real record with its owner. Course completion does not approve a project.
